  • Delays and Timing-Tolerance

    It is strongly advised to respect the indicated schedules. 15 minutes is the maximum tolerance to delays, except for serious inconveniences, after which excursions will begin. The tours/excursions, which will not take place due to the absence or delay (more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time) of the participants, will not be reimbursed.
  • Where to meet up in the Harbor

    Depending on the Harbor and the chosen tour, you will be provided detailed indications as to where you will be able to easily and quickly meet our tour personnel.
  • Re-boarding times.

    Mediterranean Shore Tours organizes, together with its partners, all the excursions, in order for its customers to have all the necessary time to re-board the Cruise Ship according to their schedules.
  • Missed docking of the Ship

    In case your ship does not dock at a pre-estabilshed harbor, due to a change of plans, Mediterranean Shore Tours will reimburse your down payment
  • How to pay for your Tour/Excursion

    With Credit Card via PayPal. Cancellation policy: Full refund is guaranteed only if tour is cancelled by client up to 72 hours before the tour date. No refund after 72 hours.
